Min Wei has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2001, Min Wei began working at Vital Link Business Systems as the Director of Finance and Controller, where they were responsible for finance and accounting duties, including financial planning and analysis, sales contract administration, and cash flow management. They also assisted in continuous fundraising efforts during their time at the company.

In 2003, Min Wei joined ERG Transit Systems as the VP of Finance for the North America Region and Controller. They oversaw global financial operations, profit margin growth, audits, internal controls, and financial reporting. They successfully achieved significant profit margin growth and provided leadership and direction to the finance team in various areas.

In 2009, Min Wei transitioned to Cubic Transportation Systems, where they held multiple roles. As the VP of Commercial Services, they managed service portfolio benchmarks and led the integration of acquired assets into Cubic to achieve financial goals. They also served as the SVP of Worldwide Finance and Business Operations, where they directed financial planning, analysis, and cost accounting efforts. Min Wei played a key role in mergers and acquisitions activities and contributed to the company's overall financial success.

In 2020, Min Wei was promoted to the role of Chief Customer Officer and worked on business transformation and growth at Cubic Corporation. They focused on customer experience management, quality, and engineering excellence. They overhauled the organizational culture to prioritize customer-centricity and played a significant role in driving the NextCUBIC transformation project.

Most recently, in 2022, Min Wei became the Chief Operating Officer of GreenBox POS.

Min Wei completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of International Business and Economics. Following this, Min pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance, Banking, and International Business at the University of San Francisco. In 2017, Min obtained certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
