Aleksandra Đorović

Aleksandra Đorović is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in team development, project management, and ERP consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Team Development & Performance for Global Managed Services and D365 F&O Functional Team Lead at sa.global since October 2022, Aleksandra co-founded MYND Academia in May 2015, where responsibilities include training and coaching. Prior experience includes roles as Team Leader and Senior Project Manager at NPS from November 2007 to October 2022, managing significant projects such as the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV for National Employment Services. Previous roles at TotalSoft involved sales and marketing responsibilities within ERP and business software systems. Aleksandra holds an M.Sc. in Business Informatics and is a certified NLP Trainer and Coach, with a strong academic background in Information Systems Engineering.
