Xuezhi Jin

Xuezhi (Steve) Jin is a highly experienced chemical engineer with extensive expertise in process chemistry, simulation, and modeling, currently serving as a Staff Scientist/Sr. Process Technology Engineer at SABIC since August 2014. Xuezhi is responsible for overseeing corporate competence programs, evaluating technology for business sustainability, and leading new chemistry and process development projects. Previously, Xuezhi held the position of Senior Process Manager at Idea Eng Inc., where 85 projects were successfully completed as a lead engineer. With a robust background that includes roles at Aker Kvaerner and Skanska, Xuezhi also contributed to academia as a Visiting Assistant Professor and has a strong educational foundation with a PhD and MS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, along with degrees in Economic Planning and Chemical Engineering from the University of The Philippines and Zhejiang University respectively.
