Katherine Watkins FCIPD, BA (Hons) is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience in driving HR transformation and managing teams across diverse sectors including accountancy, insurance, banking, and technology. Currently serving as the Group Chief People Officer at Sabio, they lead international HR efforts supporting M&A activities and champion DE&I initiatives. With past roles such as Head of HR Consultancy at UKGI and EMEA HR Director at both Cushman & Wakefield and Sutherland Global Services, Katherine has demonstrated a strong ability to deliver strategic HR solutions that enhance business performance. Additionally, they have contributed their expertise as a consultant through Watkins HR Consulting Limited, focusing on M&A advisory and HR strategies. Katherine is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and continues to engage in advancing their educational pursuits.
