Peter Huang

Peter Huang currently serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Zai Lab and holds multiple leadership roles at SABPA, including BOD Chair, BOD Vice Chair, and President. Previously, Peter Huang made significant contributions at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, where roles included SVP of Discovery Research and SVP of Chemistry, as well as VP of Chemistry and CMC. At Pfizer, Inc., Peter Huang worked as a Principal Scientist in Oncology Chemistry Design and as a Senior Scientist. Peter Huang earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Iowa State University (1999-2004) and completed a postdoctoral fellowship focused on the total synthesis of natural products at the University of Chicago (2004-2006).
