Vice President, Delivery Management & Customer Care, Hospitality Solutions at Sabre
Bret Jones is vice president, global operations and delivery for Sabre Hospitality Solutions. Within his role, he is responsible for managing all customer facing service delivery and support functions, including global and enterprise delivery, customer success and education, customer care, and reservation service desk operations. Bret possesses over two decades of experience in technology and delivery services. He has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of customer enablement and process improvement since joining Sabre in 2011, including VP, global delivery, hospitality solutions; VP, enterprise delivery, hospitality solutions; director, strategic program management, airline solutions; and delivery executive, airline solutions. Prior to Sabre, Bret spent 16 years at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in various technology leadership positions, including business operations manager, client delivery executive, program director, account manager, technical delivery manager and senior systems administrator. Bret received a Bachelor of Science degree in cellular and molecular biology from Texas Tech University. Outside of work, Bret enjoys hiking, camping, hunting and cycling. He also fosters dogs in partnership with Brittany Rescue in Texas.
