Katie Riester

Katie Riester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations, and Partner at Felicis since August 2017, Katie has also been a Board Member at Safe & Sound since 2018, contributing over 700 hours of counseling to parents in crisis. Prior to Felicis, Katie was a Board Member at SVB Foundation from 2011 to August 2017, overseeing the approval of approximately 40 grants annually. From April 2005 to July 2017, Katie held the position of Director at Silicon Valley Bank, where responsibilities included evaluating private equity and venture capital fund investments. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates, focusing on alternative asset managers and client service. Katie holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Colby College.
