Shannon Lawrence has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, holding various leadership positions across multiple organizations. As the Director of Organisational Development at SafetyCulture since November 2024, Shannon focuses on optimizing talent management globally. Prior roles include Consulting Leader and General Manager at DDI from 2015 to 2020, and Head of Consulting at Development Dimensions International from 2008 to 2015, where Shannon managed client accounts and strategic consulting assignments. Prior experience also encompasses HR Director for Abbott Laboratories in the ANZ region, Organisation Development Manager for Thiess Pty Ltd, and HR Manager at Royal & Sun Alliance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from Victoria University and a Master’s in Adult Education/Organizational Development from the University of Technology, Sydney.
