Steven Krol

Steven Krol is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management, currently serving as the Director of Operations & Customer Service EMEIA at Sage Parts since July 2021. Krol’s responsibilities include overseeing operational efficiency across multiple branches in the EMEIA region, collaborating with various departments to enhance performance, and managing key performance indicators. Previous roles include Branch Manager at Sage Parts, where Krol focused on operational, commercial, and financial responsibilities, and Operations Manager at Fleet Cleaner, where process optimization and staff development were key objectives. In addition, Krol has significant coaching experience, having trained youth and Olympic teams under StevenKrolCoaching, achieving notable success at national and international competitions. A former professional athlete, Krol has won multiple championships and has a strong educational background in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
