Phil Mackie

Phil Mackie is the managing partner of Food & Beverage at Sagentia Innovation. Phil has over fifteen years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Prior to joining Sagentia, Phil was a senior consultant at Sagentia and a research scientist at Merck Group. Phil has also held research positions at Trinity College Dublin and the University of Dublin. Phil has a passion for food and drink and is dedicated to helping their clients create innovative products that improve the quality of their lives.

Phil Mackie received their Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from the University of Glasgow. Phil also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the same school.
