Carole Baubet

Carole Baubet currently serves as the Risk Prevention Director for High Performance Solutions at Saint-Gobain since April 2023. Prior to this role, Carole held various positions at Saint-Gobain Sekurit, including Global Supplier Quality and Development Manager, where significant achievements included implementing a SaaS solution for supplier management, optimizing cost refunds, and enhancing innovation support. Carole also served as International Technical Manager, overseeing a team of technical experts across 32 plants, focusing on operational excellence and implementing safety programs. Carole's experience extends back to Saint-Gobain Glass, France, and earlier roles at Saint-Gobain Sekurit in different capacities, all contributing to improvements in capacity, quality, and productivity. Carole holds a PhD in Material Sciences from Universite Paul Sabatier in Toulouse and an MBA from Harvard Business School, specializing in Accounting and Business Management.
