Shuang Liu

Shuang Liu has extensive experience in research and development within the construction materials industry, currently serving as Sr NOVA Venture Manager for the APAC region at Saint-Gobain since July 2012. Liu has held various leadership roles, including Director of R&D for CertainTeed Ceilings and NPD Marketing Manager for Commercial Roofing at CertainTeed Roofing. Previous positions include R&D Manager and Senior Research Engineer at CertainTeed Roofing and Senior Research Engineer at Saint-Gobain Proppants. Liu’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where work was completed between September 2007 and June 2012, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Fudan University.
