Rayan Albakri

Rayan Albakri currently serves as the Chief Strategy, Development & Execution Officer at SAL Saudi Logistics Services since October 2025 and holds board member positions at the Special Integrated Logistics Zone and the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones. Additionally, Rayan is a committee member of the Saudi Logistics Hub and previously served as Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services. Rayan co-founded HashMove in January 2023 and was an advisor to the president at MAWANI | موانئ. Previous roles include Deputy Chief Executive Officer at LogiPoint and Chief Commercial Officer at Tabadul. Rayan's educational background includes a Master's Degree from Emerson College, an Executive Education program at The Wharton School, and a Bachelor's Degree from King AbdulAziz University.
