Indika Jayawardana

Indika Jayawardana is an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician with a career spanning over two decades in the mechanical and electrical maintenance field. Currently employed at Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co. since March 2019, Indika has successfully implemented maintenance strategies that replaced reliance on external workers, using expertise to maintain and understand new machinery. Previously, Indika contributed significantly at NBK - Qatar Automobiles Company from March 2014 to March 2019, gaining extensive knowledge of various machine types, including paint booths and automobile lifters. Earlier experience at Okaya Lanka (PVT) Ltd involved managing a team of 45 technicians and overseeing maintenance planning, while starting in the role of Machine Maintenance Technician at FDK Lanka (PVT) Ltd. Educationally, Indika holds a Certificate in Electronics from Technical Colleges Kurunagala.
