Kathy Goss has extensive experience in leadership and advocacy across various sectors in Oregon. Currently serving as a member of the Oregon PAC Committee for the National Federation of Independent Business since January 2018, Kathy advocates for small businesses. In addition, Kathy is a board member of Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette, focusing on vocational opportunities for individuals facing employment barriers. As chairperson of the Salem-Keizer Board of Directors, Kathy oversees the second-largest school district in Oregon. Kathy also holds the title of president at Capital Valuation Group, Ltd, specializing in commercial real estate appraisal. Past roles include serving as a policy advisor for the Bud Pierce for Governor Campaign and as a candidate for the Oregon State Representative District 20. Kathy's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Education Administration from Portland State University, a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling from Western Oregon University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Oregon State University.
