Calvin Ruus

Calvin Ruus is a Senior Director of Employee Program Communications at Salesforce, where they lead a global team to develop impactful communication strategies that engage and inspire employees. With over 20 years of experience in communications and culture, Calvin has received multiple awards for their work, including the Gold Quill and Silver Leaf Awards of Excellence. Previously, they served as Managing Director of Communications & Culture at ATB Financial, where they redefined internal communications and drove significant employee engagement. Calvin has also taught communication skills as a Sessional Instructor at the University of Calgary and held various roles in communications within other organizations. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communications at the University of Calgary.
