Martin Gale is an accomplished technology strategist with over 25 years of experience in aligning emerging technologies with business objectives. Currently serving as Account CTO for Banking at Salesforce, they previously held roles as Technical Director at Slalom and various leadership positions at IBM, where they were a Master Inventor with over 30 patents. Martin has extensive cross-industry experience, particularly in financial services and media & entertainment, and they are a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, serving as an ambassador for AuDHD UK and mentoring others in the field. They hold a first-class BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth.
