Shilpa Kamboj

Shilpa Kamboj is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on employee success and onboarding processes. Currently serving as a Lead Employee Success People Consultant at Salesforce since January 2022, Shilpa has held various roles including Senior Specialist in Data Strategy and Specialist in Global Onboarding. Prior to Salesforce, Shilpa worked at GreyOrange as an Assistant Manager in People Operations, where responsibilities included designing employee engagement programs and managing onboarding for new hires. Earlier experience includes HR roles at Exzeo, NetAmbit Infosource & e-Services Pvt. Ltd., and Xestion Advisor Pvt. Ltd., complemented by internships at Apollo Hospitals and Moser Baer India Ltd. Shilpa holds an MBA in HR from Sharda University and a BBA from the School of Business Studies at HAERT.
