MacIej Kruczek

Maciej Kruczek currently serves as the Eastern Europe Managing Director for Salomon, overseeing budget, revenue, and the development of marketing and sales strategies in the region since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Territory Managing Director for Amer Sports Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed managing entities in the DACH and CEE regions and serving on the Global Sales Development Leadership Team. Maciej held the position of Country Cluster General Manager, responsible for the Amer Sports brand portfolio across Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Earlier positions include Sales and Marketing Director at Mars, where the focus was on Pet Foods, and various sales leadership roles at Unilever, including Sales Director for Traditional Trade. Maciej holds a Master's degree in Foreign Trade from Cracow University of Economics, earned between 1995 and 2000.
