Mark Walsh

Mark joined Salt Creek Capital as an Executive Partner in 2022. He brings over 30 years of operations, sales, and business development experience through management and executive leadership roles working in both large, blue-chip companies as well as in private equity backed companies.

After starting his career at Proctor & Gamble, Mark joined PepsiCo progressing through roles in beverage plant /supply chain to sales / general management including International Senior Executive positions based in London and Dubai. He next returned to the states to successfully lead Frito Lay’s largest business unit based out of Southern California.

Mark moved into the Private Equity with Hostess Brands as SVP and then assumed the Chief Commercial Officer role at the company’s successful relaunch. His latest PE venture has been leading the Dr. Fresh Oral Care business to a productive exit sale onto the High Ridge Brands platform and eventual a carve-out sale to Perrigo Inc.

Mark holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.
