Amelia has worked in customer success and management consulting for almost two decades. She most recently served as the VP of customer engagement at Tanium, where her team helped customers translate technical use cases into business ROI and prioritize product and services requests.

She holds BAs in political science and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
