Richard Norris

Richard Norris is the current Regional Director at Salt. Richard has over 20 years of experience in recruitment, sales, and people leadership.

Richard started their career in 1996 as a Consultant at Computer People. Richard then moved to Spring/Best International as a Recruitment Consultant in 1998. In 2003, they became Managing Consultant at Spring Technology, where they led a new business team providing contract consultancy to the technology sector.

In 2007, Richard left Spring Technology to join Eg.1 Technology as a Consultant. Eg.1 Technology is an executive search firm focused on three distinct markets: technology vendors, consulting firms, and outsourcing companies.

In 2008, Richard joined ReThink Recruitment as their Regional Director. Richard was responsible for the London operation, encompassing both permanent and contract recruitment and retained search and selection.

In 2014, Richard took a career break before joining Hudson as their Director of Technology, Change, and Digital Transformation in August of that year.

Most recently, in February of 2014, Richard became the Regional Director at Salt.

Richard Norris studied Quantity Surveying at BSc (Hons) level.

Richard Norris reports to Elliot Dell, Group CEO. Richard Norris works with Jenny Wood - Global Head of Marketing, Chris Ward - Regional Director, and Sophie Cullen - Senior Principal Consultant.
