Harriett Johnson

Harriett Johnson is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Divisional Director of Human Resources for The Salvation Army, overseeing HR strategy and operations for 63 locations and over 2,000 employees across North and South Carolina. With a strong background in HR consulting through Olive Branch Consulting Group, LLC, Harriett has also held significant positions such as Regional Manager HRBP at AMH, Director of HR & Culture at Tory Burch, and Director HRBP at The TJX Companies, Inc. Harriett is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management at Capella University, building on a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management.
