Karmel Rhinehart

Karmel Rhinehart is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Workplace Wellbeing Trainer and Coach at SAMH since July 2020, contributing to Scotland's mental health initiatives by enhancing organizational capacity to support employee wellbeing. Prior to this role, Karmel was part of the HR team at the Bahá’í World Centre from April 2017 to June 2020, managing a diverse department and overseeing maintenance operations in a UNESCO World Heritage site.
