Karen Bowman

Karen Bowman has extensive experience in sales and marketing support within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the AVP of Sales and Marketing Support at Sammons Financial Group since March 2009, Karen is responsible for creating and implementing strategies for the Internal Sales Development Team and streamlining processes to enhance customer experience. Prior to this role, Karen supervised the customer service processing team at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company, where contributions to the conservation process and customer service improvements led to increased productivity. Earlier in the career, Karen held the position of Chief Financial Officer at DNA Brokerage, managing finances and overseeing the relationship with insurance carriers. Karen has a degree from Upper Iowa University.
