Hemant Taneja

Hemant Taneja is the current Director at Samsara. Hemant has an extensive background in the Healthcare industry. Hemant was the Founder of Health Assurance Acquisition Corporation, and also the author of "UnHealthcare: A Manifesto for Health Assurance." Prior to their work in Healthcare, Hemant was the Founder of Unscaled, and also worked as a Senior engineer at Grammarly, Commure, and Gusto. Hemant has also been involved with Stripe and General Catalyst.

Hemant Taneja holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Sloan Fellowship from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Mathematics, and Biology from MIT. Hemant also holds a minor in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from MIT.
