Felipe Tristán

Felipe Tristán serves as the Associate Conductor for the San Antonio Philharmonic since September 2025 and has been the Artistic Director for the Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra Corporation since September 2015, holding various roles including Interim Artistic Director and Associate Conductor. Concurrently, Felipe is the Principal Conductor for Ballet de Monterrey and an Associate Conductor at Teatro Grattacielo. Responsibilities have included conducting, leading rehearsals, and providing strategic feedback on programming through participation in the New York Public Radio Community Advisory Board. Felipe's educational background includes advanced studies in orchestral conducting from the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana and various degrees in music and communication from institutions such as Juilliard and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Additionally, Felipe has experience in orchestral education and partnership development within the arts sector.
