Lauren Franco

Lauren Franco, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Provider Network Operations at San Francisco Health Plan since June 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren held various leadership positions at Molina Healthcare, including Director of the Integration Management Office and Director of Network Development, managing enterprise integration and network strategy. Experience also includes key roles in provider relations and operations at Central Health Plan of California, Bright Health, and SynerMed, focusing on enhancing provider partnerships and operational performance. Lauren's professional journey began at Community Regional Medical Centers, and ongoing academic pursuits include a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration at the Medical University of South Carolina. Lauren holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Governors University, as well as an educational background from the University of the Pacific.
