Zheila Pouraghabagher

Zheila Pouraghabagher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, education, and organizational development. Currently serving as the VP of People & Culture at Morris & Garritano since February 2018, Zheila also holds the role of Director of Employee Benefits & Corporate Development. Concurrently, Zheila facilitates the Common Ground Advisory Task Force for San Luis Coastal Unified School District, contributing to the creation of equitable and inclusive educational environments recognized with the National School Boards Association 2020 Magna Award. Previously, Zheila served as a Senior Consultant at Collaboration Business Consulting and as COO, Co-Owner, and Founder of CORE Dance, which received multiple accolades. Zheila's earlier career includes roles at InsideTrack and Allan Hancock College, highlighting a strong foundation in education and operational leadership. Zheila earned a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
