Luciano Andres Garcia Rodriguez

Luciano Andres Garcia Rodriguez is a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories since December 2019, previously serving as a Postdoctoral Appointee. Prior experience includes positions at the University of Arkansas from 2012 to 2019, where Luciano contributed as a Research Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant while pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering. Responsibilities included designing a high-frequency transformer employing nanocrystalline material, writing reports for the Department of Energy and NextWatt, and teaching various laboratory classes in electrical circuits, energy systems, and microprocessor systems. Earlier in the career, Luciano gained experience as a Hardware Engineer Intern at Enphase Energy and held positions as a Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas. Luciano holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Sur.
