Traci Ryan

Traci Ryan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive background in human resources, currently serving as the Strategic Programs Lead for Onboarding and Talent Acquisition Programs at Sandia National Laboratories since July 2012. In this role, Traci Ryan identifies and implements onboarding initiatives and advises on HR programs. Previously, Traci Ryan held the position of Human Resources Manager for Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development, managing teams responsible for recruiting, staffing, and training. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Flextronics, HR Generalist at Reply Inc., Senior Human Resources Representative at Bio-Rad Laboratories, and Human Resources Coordinator at James Hardie. Traci Ryan holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Oregon and a Certificate in HR Management from UC Irvine.
