Wendy Ni

Wendy Ni currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Analysis at Sands China, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Wendy held the title of Senior Vice President of Premium Marketing & Strategic Planning and Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Okada Manila from January 2019 to September 2025. Wendy's experience also includes serving as the AVP/Senior Manager for Gaming Development & Optimization Analysis at Galaxy Entertainment Group from March 2016 to January 2019, where responsibilities encompassed casino analytics leadership, gaming floor optimization, and strategic business planning. Earlier in Wendy's career, positions at Crown Resorts included Analytics Manager - Marketing, Senior Analyst - Loyalty, Strategy & Customer Insights, and Gaming Analyst - Table Games. Wendy holds a Master of Actuarial Studies from UNSW and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
