Miguel Da Silva

Miguel Da Silva has been in the talent acquisition and management space since 2015. Miguel began their career at Iperium as a Research Consultant, then moved up to Managing Consultant and then Head of Talent Delivery. In 2020, they joined Represent Talent as Senior Talent Manager and then moved on to Pollen as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech). In 2022, they began working at Sano Genetics as Global Talent Acquisition Lead.

Miguel Da Silva completed a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages from the University of Southampton between 2011 and 2015. Miguel also completed a Grado de Traducción & Interpretación in Modern Languages from the Universidad de Málaga between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed AS/A2 in Psychology, English Language, Spanish, Portuguese and Philosophy from Trinity Catholic School between 2003 and 2010.
