Don Jose Basa

Don Jose Basa currently serves as Country Lead and Head of Pharma for Sanofi in the Philippines since January 2023, also overseeing Strategic Business Partnerships and Projects. Prior to this role, Don Jose was Marketing Director at Abbott from April 2021 to January 2023, managing a portfolio across various therapy areas including women's and men's health, cardiovascular, gastroenterology, central nervous system, and respiratory sectors. Don Jose gained additional experience at Novartis as Associate Franchise Head for Oncology/Hematology and at Pfizer, where roles included Senior Brand Manager for Oncology Solid Tumor and various senior marketing and sales positions. Don Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and completed digital marketing courses at Columbia Business School and Emeritus Institute of Management in 2019.
