Andi Kacperski

Andi Kacperski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and data engineering roles. Currently serving as COO and Co-founder of Culturama since July 2021, Andi focuses on enhancing employee engagement through feedback mechanisms. In addition, Andi holds the position of Senior Data Engineer at Sanoma Learning, starting in February 2023. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Syncron from January 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities spanned from managing product development as a Product Owner to enhancing customer success strategies as a Customer Success Analytics Manager. Andi has a strong foundation in project management and supply chain implementation, having led teams and initiatives across various industries, including automotive and construction. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw and additional studies at Kozminski University and the University of Copenhagen.
