Bess Goodfellow

Bess Goodfellow currently serves as the Director of Strategic Finance at Santa Barbara Management since September 2025. Prior to this role, Bess held the position of Partner at HPA from 2017 until September 2025. Bess began their professional career as a Research Assistant at Knowledge Lab in 2016 and also contributed to UChicago TechTeam as the Client Relations Chair on the Executive Board from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Bess was the Fellows Chair for the Student Advisory Board at the University of Chicago Institute of Politics from 2015 to 2016. Bess holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with Honors, and Economics from the University of Chicago.
