Rachael Cutcher

Rachael Cutcher has over 28 years of experience in student financial support and services, currently serving as the Director of Student Financial Support and Services at Santa Rosa Junior College since August 1995. Previous roles include Interim Director and Manager within the same institution, focusing on financial aid, scholarship programs, and veterans affairs. Rachael's earlier experience includes positions as Development Manager and Development Associate at the Glaucoma Research Foundation. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Sonoma State University and a Certificate in Development Director from the University of San Francisco.
