Sameer Kadam is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading and architecting software solutions. Currently serving as a Sr. Lead/Architect Software Engineer at Santander Bank, N.A. since April 2019, Sameer has previously held significant roles at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a Lead/Principal Software Engineer, Pearson as a Senior Software Engineer (Lead), and both IBM Software Group and UBS Investment Bank as a Sr. Software Consultant. Prior experiences include positions as a Software Consultant at Wolters Kluwer and a System Engineer at IBM, as well as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Sameer holds an M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a B.E in Electrical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati.
