Lucy Weir

Lucy Weir possesses extensive experience in strategic change implementation within the Chief Operating Office and Technology functions at Santander UK, where Lucy currently serves as Head of Implementation, Culture and Capability. Lucy has held various roles, including Strategy and Planning and Senior Manager positions focused on Future Talent and People, Engagement, and CSR in the Technology & Operations Division. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at DJB Precision Engineering Limited, where Lucy contributed to the manufacturing of precision steel components using CNC tooling and Lean methodology.
