Eric nurtures the firm’s portfolio of early-stage companies, with a focus on healthcare services, AI/ML and digital health technologies.
Prior to joining Santé, Eric was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on Health Systems and Services strategy and operations and assumed roles with several early-stage startups, navigating the complexities of company formation, fundraising, product-market fit, and sustainable growth.
Eric earned his MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a BA in economics and psychology from Georgetown University.
