Sameh Rafla

Sameh Rafla currently serves as the President & General Manager of Santen France, leading the company's growth acceleration and overseeing three significant product launches within two years. Previously, Sameh Rafla was General Manager at Takeda Poland, where notable achievements included transforming the affiliate into the fastest-growing entity in the EUCAN region and securing a 20% revenue increase in the initial year. Sameh Rafla also held key roles at Takeda as EUCAN Franchise Head for Transplant and Rare Metabolic Diseases, earning awards and driving strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Shire, Nestlé, Galderma, and management roles in pharmacy. Sameh Rafla holds an MBA from IMD, is a licensed pharmacist in Ontario, and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Cairo University.
