Helder Gosling

Helder Gosling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and commercial operations. Currently serving as a Conselheiro at UNEM - União Nacional do Etanol de Milho since August 2024 and as Diretor Comercial e Logística at São Martinho since July 2008, Helder was instrumental in establishing the Commercial and Logistic Departments following the company's IPO in 2007. Previous positions include Conselheiro for the Infrastructure Council at Fiesp since January 2022, Logistics Director at ED&F Man Sugar from March 1998 to March 2008, where Helder led significant logistics initiatives in Brazil, and Coordinator of Logistics at Ipiranga Quimica. Helder's foundational career began as a Senior Logistics Analyst at Copersucar S.A. and is supported by a Master of Business Administration from COPPEAD UFRJ and degrees in Production Engineering and Business Administration from Universidade Paulista.
