Akshita Shetty

Akshita Shetty is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 15 years, primarily at SAP since March 2007. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Customer Success People & Culture Business Partner, Akshita has held various leadership roles including Head of HR SEA and HR Director for the Philippines. With a strong focus on talent management, organizational development, and people sustainability, Akshita works closely with executives and leadership teams to address business challenges. Prior experience includes a fellowship with the APJ office of the President and the Global Diversity & Inclusion team, as well as roles in recruitment and talent acquisition at Quadrangle/Naukri.com. Akshita holds a certification from Harvard Business School, completed in December 2020.
