Lydia Pham

Lydia Pham is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance. Since April 2012, Lydia has held various senior roles at Saputo Inc., culminating in the position of Executive Vice President, Legal Affairs. Prior to joining Saputo, Lydia worked as a Lawyer on Secondment at Enerkem Inc. and Bell Canada, as well as a Lawyer at Stikeman Elliott LLP. Earlier experience includes serving as a Law Student and Articling Student at Robinson Sheppard Shapiro. Lydia holds a JD from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and an LLB from Université de Montréal, alongside admissions to the Barreau du Québec.
