Elizabeth Renshaw-Ames is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and client management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Finance at the Diocese of Bath and Wells and as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Sarasin & Partners LLP, Elizabeth has held prominent leadership roles including Chair of the Aviva Master Trust and Non-Executive Chairman at Barnett Waddingham. Previous positions include CEO of HSBC Bank Pension Trust (UK) Limited and Senior Partner at Mercer, where Elizabeth was part of the UK Leadership Team.
