Joshua Morrison is a professional with extensive experience in customer success and marketing. They are currently the Senior Manager of Global Customer Success Operations at SAS, a position they have held since 2022, while also serving as the Founder of AgilePacks since 2017. Under their leadership, AgilePacks has catered to over 12,000 customers worldwide, providing innovative planning and organizational tools. Prior to these roles, Joshua worked in various marketing and project management positions at Red Hat, IBM, and Blue Cross NC.
