Maurice Esau

Maurice Esau is an experienced professional currently working in the Engineering and Manufacturing division focused on Rare Earth Elements at the Saskatchewan Research Council since March 2023. As the Owner and Creative Director of Army of One Customs since April 2015, Maurice specializes as an airbrush artist, particularly in designing goalie masks. Maurice's prior experience includes roles such as Construction Supervisor at Olymel and Maintenance Supervisor at Proveta Nutrition. With a solid background as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator at The Mosaic Company, Maurice has led various projects, including the implementation of Lock Out Tag Out programs and 5S methodologies. Additional experience includes positions as a Red Seal Journeyman Welder and Welding Foreman at TP Contracting, as well as relevant welding roles at Sureway Oilfield Industries and Nabors Industries. Maurice holds an Associate's Degree in Red Seal Journeyperson Welding from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and has completed education at Alberta University of the Arts and Central Memorial High School.
