Julia Dormaar

Julia Dormaar has a diverse and extensive work experience. Julia joined Satellogic in 2021 as the VP People. Prior to that, they were the HR Director at ARTEMIS GmbH from 2020 to 2021. From 2018 to 2020, Julia worked as the HR Director EMEA at Tesla. Before that, they held various roles at EY, including Head Of Talent Development from 2015 to 2018, Head of People Strategy & Governance / Head of People Culture from 2012 to 2015, and Diversity & Inclusiveness Lead from 2009 to 2012. Julia started their career at National Australia Bank in 2006 and held positions as a Client Manager and Head of Business Development/ Workforce Development, Technology Operations.

Julia Dormaar completed their Diplom-Betriebswirt degree in Internationale BWL - Interkulturelle Studien from Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik from 1999 to 2005. In 2002, they also studied abroad at The American University in Cairo, focusing on Business Administration / Economics.
