Hathal Alutaibi serves as the Chairman of the Board Executive Committee and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Al Akaria since February 2025. In addition, Hathal is the Head of Investment Strategy for the Local Real Estate Investments Division at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) from September 2022 and holds multiple board positions at various organizations, including KAFD, Saudi Railway Company, and Tamimi Markets.
