Rosemary Johnston is the current Acting CEO at Savi Technology, Inc. Rosemary has held various other positions in the past, such as Business Unit Director / Director, Logistics Group / Senior Staff Systems Analyst at Dynamics Research Corp from January 1999 to September 2006. In this role, they were responsible for developing the Air Force account business and was quickly promoted through a series of increasingly strategic roles. Rosemary has gained a broad expertise in project/program management, business development, software development, proposal capture management, pricing, and contract negotiations. Rosemary has used their Air Force relationships to grow the business with key government accounts and develop relationships with defense contractors.

As Business Unit Director with full P&L responsibility, they managed a $10 million business supporting high-profile Department of Defense and Pentagon accounts. Rosemary directed a cross-functional team of 50 delivering service engagements that included information system implementation and enhancement (ERP, logistics, HRIS, budgeting), business transformation, system analysis support, and mission-critical communication.

Rosemary grew new business by 25%, exceeding target by 5%, increasing annual revenue 33%, and retaining 100% of customer base. All programs achieved or exceeded DRC’s rigorous standards for profitability. Additionally, they recruited and developed a team that grew from 2 to 8 (Pentagon) and 20 to 32 (DoD). Rosemary also chaired the Supply Chain Council's Aerospace and Defense Special Interest Group.

Rosemary Johnston has an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Management from Troy State University, and a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. Rosemary also has a Master Certificate in Business Development from MBDi.
